2. Content Restrictions

When using our AI generation services, you agree not to:

3. Service Modifications and Termination

4. Usage Limitations

Exceeding these limitations may require upgrading to a paid plan or waiting until the next reset period.

Payment Terms

1. Pricing and Subscriptions

We offer various service plans for our AI generation platform, each with different features, generation limits, and pricing. Subscription prices and terms are clearly listed on our website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but will provide advance notice to existing subscribers.

2. Payment Processing

3. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. For videos and images you generate using our AI services:

• Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you generate
• License to Us: You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your generated content solely for the purpose of providing our services
• Public Sharing: If you choose to share content in public galleries or social features, you grant us permission to display and promote them
• Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring your generated content complies with these Terms and applicable laws

3. Your Input Content

For prompts, reference images/videos, and other content you provide:

Disclaimers

1. Services Provided "As Is"

Our AI generation services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or that generated content will meet your expectations.

2. AI Limitations

We do not warrant that:

• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes
• Generated content will be free from errors, artifacts, or unwanted elements
• The AI models will produce consistent results

Limitation of Liability

General Provisions
